Damstra’s job is to collect process and manage Contractor's data on behalf of CPB Orchard Hills WFPRU.  Damstra do not make the rules, we simply make sure the CPB Orchard Hills WFPRU's rules and Contractor Management Program is followed.

As part of CPB Orchard Hills WFPRU's Contractor Management Plan, certain documents and qualifications are required before CPB Orchard Hills WFPRU will allow their contractors to perform a particular role or job on their sites.

CPB Orchard Hills WFPRU has created a Skill Matrix. This is a list of the types of documents and qualifications CPB Orchard Hills WFPRU must have on record before a contractor is allowed to carry out a role or job on a CPB Orchard Hills WFPRU site.

You will find this in the online booking process, when you select the job title you will be doing onsite this will automatically bring up the evidence of skills required. 

You can download a checklist from https://cpb.damstra.com.au/ if you wish to view this prior to starting your online booking. The checklist will step you through registering your company, employees and the online booking process.

If you or your employees do not have the required documents and qualifications listed in the CPB Orchard Hills WFPRU Skills Matrix, you will need to speak to your contract manager and find out if a Letter of Competency will be accepted.

If your job title is not listed, you will then need to provide a Letter of Competency detailing your role and experience.

There are Checklists available on the website which will step you through what forms, documents and qualifications you must supply before you are approved to work on a CPB Orchard Hills WFPRU site:

• If you have never registered as a CPB Orchard Hills WFPRU contractor read the CPB Orchard Hills WFPRU Checklist available at https://cpb.damstra.com.au/
  
• If you are renewing your registration, log into the TWMS portal with your user name and password and go through the online booking tool this will let you know what is required.

Damstra can only accept good quality, colour photos in the format of a JPEG, TIFF or GIF. Please do not supply an ID photo and ask us to crop the photograph from the ID - the picture will be poor quality.

Sole traders need to provide either a personal accident and illness policy, income protection policy or life insurance policy instead of Workers Compensation.

If you are unable to then you need to speak to your CPB Orchard Hills WFPRU Risk Manager.

Yes, this information is required by CPB Orchard Hills WFPRU from all their contractors. If there is an incomplete section the form cannot be processed.

Damstra have 48 hours to process paperwork after we receive it. Once Damstra have received and processed all the correct paperwork and complete forms, your company is sent a registration letter to let you know what to do next.
